How long does it take to get this service up and running?
The initial setup of the service, which involves appointing your new company secretary and generating the first set of statutory registers, normally takes 3 to 5 days.
Can I still utilise this service if I started my firm with another agent?
Yes. To acquire this service, you do not need to have formed your company with 1st Formations.
When will I be able to speak with my account manager?
Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., your designated account manager will be available to answer your questions by phone or email (excluding public holidays).
What is the frequency with which you give my company's registers?
Our customers, in our experience, do not want the administrative burden of maintaining a copy of their statutory business registers, thus we will store them for you at our offices. On request, your registries are available.
Do you have any more registers than the five statutory registers?
On request, we can additionally give a register of transfers, allotments, and director's normal residence locations, if that is possible.
Is it possible for me to apply my three company changes to a different company?
We will carry out up to three company secretarial changes per year as part of this service. This is only true for the company for which the Full Company Secretary Service was ordered.
Is this service applicable to a Limited Liability Partnership?
Unfortunately, Limited Liability Partnerships are not eligible for this service.
I have several filings with Companies House that I need to complete. Will you please submit these on my behalf?
Yes. This will count as one of your three annual company changes if you have already prepared supporting documents for a company change that falls within the scope of this service and would want us to file it at Companies House.
Do you offer any other services except those stated for company transitions?
Yes. We provide a full variety of company secretarial services, including the creation of various share classes, share subdivision, share capital reduction, and more. This work will incur additional fees, which will be discussed with you before the work begins.What is the procedure for submitting my Confirmation Statement?
We will contact you 30 days before to the filing date to confirm a summary of the required information regarding your company's current status. Your Confirmation Statement will subsequently be prepared and filed by us. The filing charge with Companies House is included in the price of this service.
Will you sign any documents on my company's behalf?
No, we do not sign any paperwork on behalf of a business.
Are there any regulations that must be followed?
All beneficial owners and directors involved with the company will be subjected to identity verification procedures.
