The monthly fee for the business phone number service is £6.99 plus VAT. BT Standard Rates will be applied to call forwarding.

Business Telephone Number & Call Answering:

Never miss a call again.

We'll give you your own own 020 London or regional phone number. This can be your new business phone number or simply a call forwarding service to your new receptionists. We will provide simple call divert instructions and will be available at all times to assist if needed.

Answering the phone

During normal business hours, two dedicated receptionists will be assigned to your company and will answer your business calls (8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday). Your receptionists will answer all of your calls in your company's name and according to your directions.

After getting a call, your receptionist will transfer it to you and announce it, or take a message and send it to you through email or SMS at no additional charge. Within 10 minutes of the call, messages are sent.

After business hours

We can supply you with a personal voicemail service that your receptionists will administer outside of typical business hours (8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday through Friday). One of your receptionists will leave a personalised voicemail message for callers. This will feature your company name as well as a brief message asking for the caller's information. Messages will be delivered to you through email the next working day.
