What information may a confirmation statement be used to update?

At Companies House, a confirmation statement can be used to amend the following information:

• SIC codes are abbreviations for Standard Industrial Classification (principal business activities)
• Changes in shareholder ownership since the latest confirmation statement
• Since the last confirmation statement, there have been changes to the statement of capital.

Changes to the registered office address, PSCs, and company officials cannot be reported using a confirmation statement and must instead be filed using the appropriate forms. At an extra cost, our team of corporate specialists will gladly file these adjustments for you.
